On 13th January 2012, Sonacons Construction Joint Stock Company held 2011 Business Review Ceremony and Employees Conference 2012 in order to announce business results of 2011 and 2012 business plan, get queries from employees on last year’s operations, commend and reward, and launch 2012 emulation movement.

Mr. Truong Minh Hoang, General Director, gave a report on business results of 2011 indicating that the company had reached the planned turnover and profits. He also presented 2012 business plan focusing on marketing, site management mode, and staff cutbacks as well as personnel streamlining.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Tinh, Chairman of Trade Union, reported on its activities and performance of Collective Labour Agreement 2011 and at the same time brought up orientations and tasks of 2012 which are continuing programs on propaganda and education for Youth Union members, emulating to well complete assignments and building up a pure, strong Trade Union.

The conference also got some queries from some employees. The presidium, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang and Mr. Pham Ngoc Tinh recorded the queries. The company will examine and tackle them satisfactorily.

At the conference, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang gave Certificates of Merit and rewards to 6 units having good job performance: Administration Dept., Accounting Dept., Tendering Dept., Construction Dept., Management Board of B2 Apartment Building Project and Construction Team 4; Mr. Pham Ngoc Tinh and Mr. Pham Hoang Ngoc – Head of Construction gave Certificates of Merit and rewards to 41 individuals having outstanding job performance.

Representing the Board of Directors, Mr. Truong Minh Hoang disseminated some key points of  Performance Evaluation Regulation for 2012. Mr. Pham Ngoc Tinh launched 2012 emulation movement so that all employees strive to complete 2012 Business Plan.

The conference concluded at 11:15 AM on the same day.
